berhasil ditangkap jajaran Polres Indramayu setelah ditetapkan sebagai
tersangka kasus pembunuhan anak kandung.

Adapun Kapolres Indramayu, AKBP M Yoris MY Marzuki mengatakan, korban
bernama Carudin (32) adalah anak kandung DRH, warga Desa Cibereng,
Kecamatan Terisi, Kabupaten Indramayu.

Dalam hal ini, DRH berperan sebagai otak pembunuhan terhadap anak kandungnya bernama Carudin (32).
“Korban dibunuh dengan sadis di kawasan Hutan Lindung Gunung Kalong Desa Cikawung, Blok Ciselang, Kecamatan Terisi, Kabupaten Indramayu,” ujarnya kepada wartawan saat konferensi pers di Mapolres Indramayu, Jumat (27/9/2019).
Yoris menjelaskan, kejadian tersebut terjadi pada tanggal 26 Agustus 2019 sekitar pukul 11.00 WISelain itu, kata Yoris, ada enam pelaku yang terlibat dalam pembunuhan tersebut.
Tiga orang di antaranya sudah berhasil diringkus polisi, mereka yakni
DRH (50) yang berindak sebagai otak pembunuhan sekaligus ibu kandung
korban, WRSN (55) dan WRD (27) sebagai pembunuh bayaran.“3 orang pelaku lainnya masih DPO, yaitu PJ (17), BJ (16), dan IG (30), mereka bertindak sebagai eksekutor,” ujar dia.
Yoris menjelaskan, kejadian berawal saat tersangka DRH atau ibu kandung korban menyuruh tersangka IG untuk merencanakan pembunuhan.
Rencana tersebut sudah dipesiapkan sejak jauh-jauh hari.
Adapun alasan DRH yang ingin membunuh anak kandungnya itu karena sering dimintai uang dan harta warisan tanah.
Selain memeras harta, DRH mengaku merasa geram karena sikapanak kandung yang selalu mengancam akan membunuhnya apabila permintaannya itu tidak dipenuhi.
“Kemudian tersangka IG ini merekrut pelaku atau eksekutor lainnya, mereka adalah WRSN, WRD, PJ, dan BJ,” ucapnya.
Yoris menyebut, para pembunuh bayaran dan otak pembunuhan merencanakan skenario pembunuhan dengan cara mengajak korban mengunjungi dukun untuk kepentingan ritual di padepokan milik tersangka IG di Kawasan Hutan Lindung di daerah Cikawung-Cikamurang.
Di sana, mereka menemui seorang dukun yang diperankan oleh tersangka WRSN.
“Tersangka IG bersama korban berangkat dengan menggunakan mobil Toyota CAMRY milik korban ke TKP dan diikuti para tersangka lainnya dengan menggunakan dua unit sepeda motor,” ujar Yoris.
Sesampainya di tempat tujuan, para pembunuh bayaran dengan sadis membacok dan memukul korban menggunakan batu besar pada kepala belakang sambil disiksa secara secara membabi buta hingga meninggal dunia.
“Setelah meninggal, pelaku menghubungi tersangka DRH bahwa anaknya sudah berhasil dieksekusi, para eksekutor ini juga mengambil barang-barang milik korban,” ujarnya.
Disampaikan AKBP M. Yoris MY Marzuki, para pelaku itu lalu meninggalkan korban di tengah hutan, mereka menutupi mayat korban dengan dedaunan kering untuk menutupi jejak.
“Setelah beres, pelaku meminta uang imbalan, DRH pun memberikan uang sebesar Rp 20 juta kepada pelaku,” ujar dia.
Dalam kejadian itu, polisi juga menyita barang bukti berupa, satu unit mobil toyota camry, dua unit sepeda motor, satu bilah golok, satu buah baju koko warna biru, satu buah peci hitam, satu buah sarung merah, dua buah batu kali, satu buah celana training merah.
Lanjut Kapolres, satu buah kaos hitam, uang tunai Rp 1,7 juta, buku tabungan Bank BRI, satu unit gadget, satu buah celana jeans biru, satu buah sweter merah.
“Para pelaku dikenakan Pasal 340 KUHP dan atau Pasal 365 ayat (4) Jo 55 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman pidana mati atau pidana penjaran seumur hidup atau paling lama 20 tahun,” ujar Kapolres.
