Media sosial sempat dihebohkan dengan beredarnya foto panas seorang wanita berhijab menggunakan seragam aparatur sipil negara (ASN) dengan logo Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat.
Dalam empat foto yang beredar, memperlihatkan seorang wanita berpakaian ASN warna cokelat tengah melakukan tindakan tak senonoh dengan seorang pria dalam sebuah mobil.

Setelah berhasil melakukan penelusuran di media sosial, Polda Jawa Barat (Jabar) akhirnya berhasil mengungkap dua orang dalam video tersebut yang diketahui berprofesi sebagai guru di salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) di Kabupaten Purwakarta.
Dalam kasus ini, polisi telah menetapkan RIA sebagai tersangka penyebaran konten asusila di media sosial. Pria 31 tahun ini ditangkap pada Kamis, 19 September 2019. Sedangkan RJ, 30 tahun, berstatus saksi.

Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat Dewi Sartika mengatakan, pihak yayasan telah memutuskan untuk memberhentikan keduanya sebagai tenaga pengajar.
"Sudah ada surat pemberitahuan untuk guru tersebut melalui kepala sekolah. Mereka melanggar etika guru. Keduanya non-PNS di sekolah SMK swasta di Purwakarta," ujar Dewi.
4. Merasa sakit hati
Wakil Direktur Reserse Kriminal Khusus Polda Jabar AKBP Hari Brata mengungkapkan, RIA ternyata hanya ingin meminta hubungannya dengan RJ dapat kembali terjalin. "Video itu di-upload dengan catatan yang bersangkutan bisa kembali (pacaran)," katanya.
5. Terancam 6 tahun penjara
Saat ini tersangka RIA telah ditahan polisi. Ia disangkakan melanggar Pasal 45 Ayat (1) Juncto Pasal 27 Ayat (1) UU Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan terhadap UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang ITE dan/atau Pasal 14 Ayat (1) dan Pasal 15 UU Nomor 1 Tahun 1946 tentang Peraturan Hukum Pidana. Ancaman hukuman penjara paling lama 6 tahun dan atau denda paling banyak Rp2 miliar.
